Cassie Kelso, Assistant Director
Cassie joined OYES in 2017 as an Assistant Director and Co-Director for OYES’ Youth Musical Theater productions. Originally, from Denver, Colorado, Cassie holds a bachelor’s degree in Theater and Acting from the Metropolitan State University of Denver .
In addition to teaching and directing, Cassie performs in stage productions and film, as well as a favorite improv troupe back in Denver. Her favorite past roles include, Sylvia in “Sylvia”, Stel in “The Greater Good”, and Mickey the Cop in “The Odd Couple: Female Version”.
Cassie is especially thankful for all the love and support she received for her first project with OYES, but she would especially like to thank Megg for being a new friend who guided her to find her way into this theater company, and feel accepted into their loving little theater family. :)
